These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access to and use of all services provided by PolBrothers Technologies Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”), including taxi and mobility services under the brand Netri, IT and software development services, and game development services. By using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Nature of Services
The Company provides:
- A digital platform connecting users with independent drivers for taxi services
- IT services including website, mobile application, software, and related solutions
- Game design, development, publishing, and support services
The Company may update, modify, or discontinue any service at its discretion.
2. Eligibility & User Responsibilities
- Users must be at least 18 years of age
- All information provided must be accurate, complete, and lawful
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts
3. Payments, Pricing & Billing
- Prices and project costs are communicated through the platform or agreement
- Payments must be made as per specified terms
- Advance payments are non-refundable unless agreed in writing
- The Company is not responsible for third-party payment gateway failures
4. Service Execution & Limitation
- Taxi services are provided by independent drivers, not directly by the Company
- IT and game services are delivered based on agreed scope and timelines
- The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All software, code, designs, applications, games, content, logos, and materials remain the intellectual property of the Company unless transferred through a written agreement after full payment. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
6. User Conduct
Users must not engage in:
- Misuse or attempt to damage systems
- Illegal, abusive, or fraudulent activities
- Violation of laws or third-party rights
Violation may result in suspension or termination without notice.
7. Confidentiality & Data Use
Confidential information shared during service delivery will be used only for legitimate business purposes and handled as per applicable laws and internal policies.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of business, revenue, or data
- Delays caused by third parties or force majeure
Use of services is at the user’s own risk.
9. Suspension & Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate access in case of:
- Breach of terms
- Non-payment
- Fraud or unlawful activity
Outstanding dues must be cleared upon termination.
10. Amendments
The Company may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to Indian courts.
